May is Mental Health Awareness Month—and around here, we believe mental health is worth honoring every month.

This season invites us to slow down and reconnect with what keeps us grounded:
✨ Practices that regulate our nervous system
✨ Safe, supportive people
✨ Stories that remind us we’re not alone

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, or just trying to hold it all together—you’re not alone. Your experience is valid. Your efforts matter. And healing doesn’t have to be loud to be real.

Before the month ends, we want to share that we currently have new daytime in person and telehealth openings available for adults with Commercial and Medicaid insurance. If you or someone you know has been considering therapy, now’s a great time to get started.

And while you’re here, a few gentle reminders to carry with you:
